A huge waste of time.
The recruiter phone screen was fine. After weeks of rescheduling, the interviewer did not seem well-organized and presented very lackluster interest in the interview process.
It seemed as though the interviewer was reading from a script and was distracted for most of the interview. This was very disappointing and felt disrespectful.
I took that as a red flag, as the interviewer was representing the standard that Wayfair would present for an interview.
