They had more interview rounds than Google and Amazon. It was ridiculous.
I took another offer at another company because Wayfair was dragging the process. All their recruiters ended up ghosting me afterward.
Months later, the company's job openings have dried up. They conducted a mass layoff of thousands of employees. They are not doing so hot.
I don't think I will ever apply here again.
