As a new college graduate, I underwent two phone screens. The first was an HR round to check my background. I was also asked to write about a specific project I completed at the university and how I could improve it.
After reviewing this email, I received a call for a technical phone screen.
I cleared these rounds and received an offer. I was not called for an onsite interview as the entire process occurred via phone.
