A recruiter called for an initial screening, and then I was asked for a 60-minute technical screening with an online code editor link.
On the day of the technical screening, I was asked about my previous projects. After 20 minutes of our conversation, I was asked to write code for a question he had. I wrote the code in approximately 15 minutes.
The next day, I received a response from the recruiter stating that the "team was looking for a candidate who can write code at a faster pace."
I'm not sure if they are serious about hiring candidates or if they just have a checklist to complete before offering the position to an already selected candidate.
I hope this review helps someone avoid wasting their valuable time.
