• Lack of transparency about redundancies, company plans, and salary.
• US-centric company, which often led to tension between EU and US.
• Sometimes promoted toxic management practices.
• Heavy push to be back in the office 5 days a week.
• Complicated and time-intensive review processes.

More transparency, more consistency. Also, either run the EU separately or, if all teams are global, encourage respect between the two locations and promote an understanding of cultural differences.
