A recruiter reached out to me. I appeared for the Karat interview. I cleared that round, and then they ghosted me. Later, I found out from a friend that they went into a hiring freeze.

Starting with recruiter talk and a coding session on the middle platform called Karat. Personally, I don't like this way of interviewing. The company should invest time in talking with future employees, potentially their future teammates.
