Coworkers have been fantastic, and I have learned a lot from them. Managers have been hit or miss but are pleasant and friendly at least. Opportunities are boundless given the volume of work.
Incredibly good work/life balance. Managers are fiercely protective of both time off and standard working hours.
Teams tend to vary a great deal, but as for my personal experience, politics tend to overwrite any actual forward progress. Promotions are heavily weighted toward time in role instead of accomplishments, which means that effort means very little on a day-to-day basis.
