QA Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

I applied through an employee referral. The process took two weeks. I interviewed at Workday on February 14th, 2022.

  • The first interview was a recruiter call.
  • The second round was with the QA Director.
  • The third round was with a panel.

The interview lasted about 2.5 hours with a team of three people in 30-minute increments.

All the people I met seemed nice, and they were ones I would enjoy working with. They talked highly about the fun company culture and how much employees are cared for. They seemed very happy with the interview.

I am not sure what they are looking for. I applied seven times in the span of ten years. I am not going to apply again. They have no clarity on what they want. Probably they only hire individuals with extraordinary skills.
