The interviews went well, and at the end of each, I received positive feedback. I was confident enough, but after two weeks of waiting, the hiring manager decided my profile was not aligned with the role. If this was the case, why wasn't I rejected in the initial rounds or the hiring manager round?
It felt like a waste of time, setting aside a whole week for the interview. Please, Workday, respect others' time.
