The process began with a Zoom call with a recruiter. We discussed my background and the position itself. The conversation was very positive, and the recruiter was great to speak to.
This was followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager. This interview covered behavioral questions and a task to design a class diagram based on a set of requirements.

Create a class diagram given an image of some order. This was more of a discussion; you need to communicate your ideas and reasoning behind the relationships and cardinality, and you need to walk through the diagram to ensure data can be captured and persisted.
