Great Place to Work
Great place to work. I have made loads of friends, and there's a sense of team and working hard for each other. I haven't come across a single "poo-poo head" yet. I have a genuine sense that Workday cares for me. My managers have invested regular time to grow me. Giving me shares in the company shows that I directly benefit from the company doing well. It's also easy to believe in a product that is brilliant and that I have confidence in.
I can't think of any.
IMO, Workday's success is due to its brilliant product and company culture. There's a lot of focus on growth at the moment. Keep taking care of the innovation and the company culture, and the growth will take care of itself.
