Process
The interviewer was very kind.
Overall, I had four interviews:
- HR Interview: A short call with the Recruiter.
- Technical Interview: With a Software Engineer, approximately one hour.
- Coding Interview: Another session to check problem-solving skills.
- Manager Interview: The final interview, which felt like a cultural fit assessment.

Pros: - High brand recognition
- Considered a valuable record for CV
- Usually, a good working environment
Cons: - Poor corporate culture, despite HR marketing stating the opposite.
- Very fast-paced business growth accompanied by poor product reasoning and lack of vision, which affects thoughtful developers negatively.
- Monthly compensation is below market rate, and overall bonuses do not fulfill the gap.
P.S. I worked in the Foodtech department, so my experience might be irrelevant for other departments.
