Applied online. There was a brief series of questions about things you've built and why you're applying.
Then I had a 30-minute interview with the recruiter. Because I was interviewing over the holidays, it took two weeks for them to decline to move forward in the process. However, true to their jobs site statement, the recruiter did reach out every seven days at minimum to provide a brief update.
Although I was disappointed it took two weeks just for them to tell me I wasn't moving forward, it was understandable with holiday vacation time. The recruiter interview/screening call I had was pleasant. I wasn't a super great fit for the role, but the process was enjoyable. I might apply again in the future if I feel like there's a different role that fits me better.
