Pros: Zapier's culture and work-life balance are absolutely exceptional. Engineering teams are also stocked with supremely talented developers.

Cons: In some ways, the product is starting to take a back seat to business and growth concerns.

Pros: People at Zapier are kind, empathetic, and open. I've made good friends here, and it's been a wonderful step in my career. It's hands-down the best culture I've ever worked in.

Cons: Zapier is struggling with equity across teams, countries, and levels. It's very difficult to navigate Zapier's growth framework, and a very affirmative and overly-positive culture (even if it makes working at Zapier really comfortable!) can make it really hard to advance and grow. I've struggled to find my place technically, and it's difficult to see my path forward.

Pros: Compensation was pretty good overall.

Cons: Poor culture, poor decision-making, lack of trust in engineering, etc.
