Interviewed with 4 engineers on the team and adjacent teams. I also interviewed with senior management.

There were no trick questions. A principal engineer asked me open-ended questions to determine my level, it seemed.

Interviews consisted of architectural questions and discussions about past projects. There were also some template questions.

Some interviews seemed like a meet and greet, as if I already had the job. Everyone seemed very happy and interesting – a good sign that they are not overworked and that they feel valued at this company.

Senior management gave me more details and confirmed my offer with H.R.

The offer came after 2 weeks.
