Responsibilities For Senior AI Engineer
- Architect, build, and maintain autonomous AI agents using state-of-the-art LLM frameworks
- Design advanced prompt strategies, tool integrations, and agent workflows
- Integrate, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for agent training
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, clinical experts, and founders
- Implement real-time monitoring, performance tracking, and automated retraining pipelines
- Champion responsible AI development
- Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks
Requirements For Senior AI Engineer
- Minimum 8 years in AI/ML engineering, with 3 years building LLM-driven agents
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
- Advanced proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering
- Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms
- Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or regulated industries preferred
