Full-Stack Software Engineer

222 is an early stage startup working on building the future of social, focused on facilitating genuine human connections IRL rather than in virtual worlds. As an early full-time engineering hire, you'll be spearheading web development, back-end APIs, system design, and automation. Working directly with the early engineering team, you'll help scale the backend, enhance frontend web applications, and contribute to building a world-class engineering team.

The ideal candidate should be thoughtful about system design and creating lasting abstractions. You should have experience with React/Next.js, Python Fast API, and PostgreSQL. Experience scaling backend infrastructure and strong opinions about social product ethics are valued. The role requires versatility across frontend and backend engineering.
