As an early full-time engineering hire, you'll be spearheading web development, back-end APIs, system design, and automation. Working directly with the early engineering team, you'll help scale the backend, enhance frontend web applications, and contribute to building a world-class engineering team.
The ideal candidate should be thoughtful about system design and creating lasting abstractions. You should have experience with React/Next.js, Python Fast API, and PostgreSQL. Experience scaling backend infrastructure and strong opinions about social product ethics are valued. The role requires versatility across frontend and backend engineering.
