Mobile Building Engineer

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer for their Tacoma, WA location. This full-time, on-site position is crucial for supporting the daily operations of all building systems.

The Building Engineer will be responsible for:

• Hard surface maintenance and repair
• Basic carpentry and metal work
• Operating, maintaining, and repairing facility system equipment associated with HVAC operations and mechanical and electrical systems
• Responding to customer requests
• Submitting and closing work orders

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing engineering support for various systems, maintenance programs, and engines
• Analyzing and solving problems related to design, operation, maintenance, performance, and repair of vehicles/equipment and their components
• Reviewing Service Bulletins and developing implementation plans
• Managing projects and coordinating with other operational groups

The ideal candidate should have:

• A B.S. Degree in Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Engineering skills applicable to a range of systems, maintenance programs, and engines
• Ability to obtain approval for working in specific ATS environments
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
