Responsibilities For Senior DevOps Engineer
- Helping provision the infrastructure to launch new clients and partnerships
- Refining CI/CD pipelines to keep time-to-change under 30 minutes
- Onboarding 3rd-party security services and tooling
- Defining monitoring and alerting rules using infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Optimising AWS costs by profiling and adapting the system architecture
- Assisting with investigating production incidents
Requirements For Senior DevOps Engineer
- Seven or more years professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or cloud-infrastructure-focused role
- Deep expertise in AWS services, including ECS, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CDK, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation
- Professional experience using Python (or a similar language) for scripting and building tooling
- Proficiency in git for Version control
- Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience as software engineer would be an advantage
