Oracle Utilities Functional Designer/Developer - Billing & Payments

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Utilities Functional Designer/Developer specializing in Billing & Payments to join their Oracle practice. As part of a 54,000+ strong team, you'll work on transforming businesses using Oracle solutions, particularly in the utilities sector. The role combines functional expertise with technical implementation, requiring skills in gathering requirements, creating functional designs, and configuring Oracle Utilities products like Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Customer to Meter (C2M).

You'll be responsible for working directly with business stakeholders, creating functional designs, configuring Oracle products, and leading small project teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in C2M Payments for electric utilities, strong skills in requirements gathering and functional design, and the ability to extend Oracle Utilities application functionality. Additional valuable skills include Oracle Utilities certification, Oracle SOA OIC experience, and Agile methodology knowledge. Travel requirements vary from 0-100% based on client needs.
