Forward Deployed Engineer

Addepar, a leading global technology and data company, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their innovative team. With a significant presence managing over $7 trillion in assets across 50+ countries, Addepar has established itself as a crucial player in the investment technology sector.

The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technical innovation and client success. As an FDE, you'll be directly involved in building custom data integrations and extending platform capabilities for Addepar's largest enterprise clients. This position requires both technical expertise and client-facing skills, as you'll be working in small teams with significant autonomy to drive impactful changes.

The role demands a minimum of 2 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming (particularly Java or Python) or compiled languages like Go, Rust, or Scala. You'll be working with both relational and NoSQL databases, and experience with distributed systems is highly valued. The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $107,000 to $168,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity components.
