Senior AEM Engineer

As a Senior AEM Engineer, you will serve as an authoritative technical voice possessing deep expertise with AEM key architectural concepts. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring you to both architect solutions and write code. You'll work with Adobe's most strategic customers to solve sophisticated business needs, validate solutions through real usage, and eventually bring those solutions into the core product. The position requires strong customer leadership experience and hands-on AEM implementation expertise.

You'll also work with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.

Adobe offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $153,600 - $286,600 annually, plus opportunities for both short-term incentives through their Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and long-term incentives through equity awards.
