Software Quality Engineer

Adobe is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join their team in Noida. This role focuses on ensuring quality deliverables through white box testing in C++, particularly for Adobe's world-class embedded and host technologies for print and scan solutions.

The position involves working with Adobe's print technologies that span multiple segments including Graphic Arts, Digital Printing, Wide Format, and Office Printing. The team owns patented Scan technology that generates high-quality, intelligent, searchable, reflowable, compact, secure PDFs from color or b/w scanned images.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing white box testing in C++ for Printing and Scan Solutions
• Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Creating and executing test plans
• Analyzing test results and debugging failures
• Collaborating with development engineers on defect resolution
• Communicating test strategies and results to various functional groups

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong C++ programming skills and data structures knowledge
• Expertise in Windows or Linux operating systems
• Experience with debugging tools and memory analyzers
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automation
• Knowledge of continuous integration using Git and Jenkins
• 2-5 years of experience in software testing
