Staff Backend Engineer

The role involves working with one of the world's largest Elixir applications, where you'll design highly concurrent, fault-tolerant systems. You'll be responsible for modeling complex post-production domains, implementing efficient data models, and maintaining application stability.

Key responsibilities include writing scalable code, conducting code reviews, building new features in Elixir, and providing technical leadership to junior engineers. You'll work directly with designers, client engineers, and product owners to bring new features to life.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in large-scale web application backend systems, strong PostgreSQL/MySQL knowledge, and expertise in API design best practices. Deep understanding of system design, implementation, and scalability is crucial. Experience with Elixir or functional programming is highly valued.
