Founding Full Stack Engineer

As our first founding engineer, you'll be at the forefront of creating data infrastructure that shapes the future of frontier models. This role offers significant responsibility and ownership, allowing you to see your impact instantly. You'll build and scale complex data capturing workflows across web (Next.js) and desktop (Python), architect high-throughput data pipelines, and collaborate closely with the founding team on product strategy.

The ideal candidate brings strong proficiency in JavaScript (Next.js) and Python, experience with desktop application development for Windows and macOS, and expert-level Docker containerization knowledge. You should be passionate about building and implementing your ideas in production.

You'll receive competitive compensation ($100K-$220K salary + 0.50%-1.50% equity) and the opportunity to lead and grow an engineering team as we scale.
