Product software engineer

Agentnoon is seeking a Product Software Engineer to help build the world's best organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.

We are creating a fast & nimble team to build a people-centric company to build a people-centric product. The founders are 2nd-time founders who sold their previous company, and the product has great traction.

As a Product Software Engineer, you will be responsible for full-stack development and engaging with customers on design features to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate should have a deep interest in creating highly interactive and pleasant-to-use web apps, with experience in complicated single-page web applications.

We prioritize user experience, performance, and velocity. Our engineering culture values autonomy, ownership, and collaboration. You'll work on end-to-end projects defined with customers, product teams, and other engineers.
