We're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of prototypes and MVP for IrisGo.ai.

You'll need strong proficiency in both frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) and backend (Python, FastAPI/Flask) development, along with practical experience in GenAI tools like RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities For Full-stack Engineer (Generative AI Prototyping & MVP)
- Rapidly design and develop full-stack applications as functional prototypes and early MVPs
- Work across the stack to ship GenAI-powered user experiences
- Apply Generative AI tools to real-world product use cases
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and prototyping
- Deploy applications to the cloud and manage dev environments
- Build and integrate external APIs, LLM platforms, and third-party services
- Incorporate user feedback and data to improve usability and functionality
- Maintain awareness of emerging GenAI technologies and product patterns
- Balance building experimental code with laying foundation for scale
Requirements For Full-stack Engineer (Generative AI Prototyping & MVP)
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience, including AI-powered products or prototypes
- Experience building applications with LLMs and GenAI components
- Strong knowledge of GenAI building blocks: Prompt engineering, RAG, Vector databases, Agent frameworks
- Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks
- Backend expertise with Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
- Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git and modern dev workflows
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment tools
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools
