Responsibilities For Quality Engineer (AI Assistant, On-Device Applications)
- Own the test strategy and quality process across the IrisGo product stack (UI, backend, on-device AI pipeline)
- Design and implement automated tests for LLM workflows, agent behaviors, and file system interactions
- Set up and maintain CI pipelines and test environments for multiple device configurations
- Perform exploratory, regression, and stress testing
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Develop tools or scripts to monitor product performance and reliability
- Reproduce and isolate bugs and document findings
- Drive a quality-first mindset across the organization
Requirements For Quality Engineer (AI Assistant, On-Device Applications)
- 3+ years of experience in QA or Quality Engineering
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Strong understanding of software testing principles
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or JavaScript)
