Responsibilities For Senior Contact Center Engineer

  • Design, planning and support of contact center solutions and migrations (Genesys Cloud)
  • Develop high and low level contact center design documentation
  • Lead API design between Contact Center platform, business applications and technology partners
  • Develop strategies to automate repetitive tasks
  • Drive maintenance of standards and ensure operations teams maintain these standards
  • Own and drive process for toll-free number migrations
  • Create test plans and UAT templates
  • Lead operations in security vulnerability remediation
  • Own Security Software Assessments (SSA) documentation
  • Lead design and delivery of supporting Genesys apps

Requirements For Senior Contact Center Engineer

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise level contact center delivery, integration, and support
  • Strong experience of Genesys Cloud
  • Prior experience of Avaya CM and NICE call recording solutions preferred
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills and self-motivated
  • Ability to develop and analyze performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in technical documentation and cross-training others
