Airbnb is seeking an Integration Engineer (API Solution Support) to join their API Integrations team. This role involves being the primary technical contact for software partners worldwide, ensuring smooth connections with the Airbnb API.
Key responsibilities include:
- Triaging, prioritizing, and troubleshooting issues reported by software partners
- Using various tools and logs to address partners' needs effectively
- Providing emergency support during on-call rotations
- Liaising between partners and internal teams
- Testing and documenting new API features
- Advocating for partners in product decisions
- Fostering strong connections with software partners
- Creating and updating user-facing documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Experience with REST APIs and related tools
- Understanding of coding concepts and familiarity with programming languages
- Strong SQL query skills
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
