Platform Product Manager, Fintech

Airbnb is seeking a Platform Product Manager for their Finance Technology team. This role is crucial in managing a complex ecosystem of products and applications that drive key outcomes for all stakeholders relying on Airbnb's Financial Information. The Finance Technology team is responsible for various critical functions including tax management, cash management, accounting, data and metrics provision, insurance protection, and enterprise applications.

The role involves developing and executing product strategies for global taxpayer information, invoicing platforms, tax quotation flows, Tax Hub development, and Enterprise Data Assets. Key responsibilities include establishing product vision, defining goals, leading cross-functional teams, and efficiently executing to deliver impactful products.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer internet products or marketplaces. Experience with platform products, particularly in tax, financial, payments, compliance, or risk-related areas, is a plus. The role requires the ability to absorb and communicate technical concepts, and experience in both custom solution building and third-party product integrations.
