Airbnb is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management for Marketing Technology. This role partners with Product, Design, Creative, Marketing, and Marketing Technology organizations to build best-in-class platforms and internal tooling. The position focuses on enabling marketing and product teams to deliver no-code vehicles and associated infrastructure for launch marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships across teams
- Collaborating with leaders to manage delivery activities and processes
- Maintaining a portfolio view of programs
- Partnering with cross-functional leaders to understand needs and opportunities
- Developing a team of TPMs, providing feedback and career growth
- Providing executional guidance and support for projects
- Partnering with peers to strengthen the TPM craft
- Managing large, complex, strategic programs as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- 13+ years in TPM or equivalent, with 5+ years leading TPM teams
- Strong product/technology advocacy skills
- Ability to drive alignment and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and proactiveness in a dynamic environment
- Organizational leadership and cross-boundary collaboration skills
- Experience with iterative development practices
This US-remote position offers a competitive salary range of $224,000 - $280,000 USD, with potential for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
