Responsibilities For Senior Program Manager, Technical Education
- Collaborate on and develop program strategy for various technical programs
- Develop program strategy for in-person and virtual technical learning events/forums
- Build a community and foster connection across the technical organization
- Design, create content, and project manage learning events/forums
- Coordinate in-person and virtual logistics for learning and events
- Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders and external speakers
- Develop project plans and communication plans
- Create training materials, slide decks, job aids, and other assets
Requirements For Senior Program Manager, Technical Education
- 6+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution in a technical L&D or HR program/project management role
- Experience executing onboarding programs or bootcamps in a technology setting
- Experience curating technical content
- Success building and implementing programs and processes, and operational plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of learning science and learning experience design
- Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences
- Proficiency using presentation technologies, google apps and spreadsheets
- Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations
