Staff Web UX Engineer, Launch and Product Marketing

Airbnb is seeking a Staff Web UX Engineer to join their Launch and Product Marketing team. This role is crucial in driving the full lifecycle of new launch and product marketing projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Design partners to brainstorm, prototype, develop, and deploy innovative animated experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Exploring and developing new launch and product marketing experiences
• Driving projects emphasizing responsive and dynamic motion experiences
• Developing prototypes and implementing high-quality, scalable code
• Partnering with MarTech and other engineering teams for feature integration

The role requires:

• 9+ years of software development experience (or 2-4+ years with an advanced degree)
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Preact, Angular, Next, Vue, or Meteor)
• Passion for building interactive and delightful user experiences
• Knowledge of industry standards for UI, including accessibility, internationalization, and performance optimization

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional work at Airbnb offices or offsites. The base pay range is $204,000 - $259,000 USD, with potential for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
