This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud security technologies across AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms. The position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance security measures, implement cloud-native security tools, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of cloud security experience and strong technical skills in Python and cloud platforms. You'll be working with modern security tools like CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, and Wiz, while helping to shape the security posture of a company that serves over 7.6 million customers.

Responsibilities For Security Engineer

  • Support security of cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Evaluate, review, and deploy cloud native security tools
  • Monitor and configure security platforms (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CASB, CIEM)
  • Utilize Wiz tool for cloud security posture management
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into SDLC
  • Develop and maintain threat models for cloud environments
  • Partner with stakeholders to minimize security and privacy risks
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
  • Respond to client and partner security questionnaires

Requirements For Security Engineer

Kubernetes
  • B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering program, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of Cloud Information Security experience
  • AWS Security, CISSP, CISA, OSCP or other security certification is a plus
  • Experience in security reviews of cloud applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ECS, WAF, VPC, IAM)
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform/CloudFormation
  • Python programming skills and ability to read Java
  • Must stay current with cloud security advisories and vulnerabilities
