  • Lead the design and development of components, fixtures, and metrology systems for intraocular lens technologies
  • Develop and implement automated manufacturing processes
  • Conduct experiments and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Participate in R&D activities and project meetings

Requirements For Principal R&D Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Master's degree with five years of experience or bachelor's degree with seven years preferred
  • Experience in product development, preferably in medical device industry
