Data Migration Engineer

As their Data Migration Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in their customer onboarding process, managing end-to-end data migrations from legacy systems to their modern platform.

The position requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in data engineering or system integration. You'll be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading various types of healthcare data, including patient records, appointments, billing information, and medical images. The role demands expertise in automation and scripting, particularly with Python and PHP, along with strong SQL database knowledge.

Working in a small, agile team, you'll have high ownership and autonomy in improving and scaling the migration pipeline. Your responsibilities will include enhancing internal tools, optimizing processes for 10x-100x efficiency gains, and handling integrations with third-party systems. The role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills, as you'll be collaborating closely with onboarding and support teams.
