Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Blue Team)

Amartha is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Blue Team) to join their Information Security team. This role is crucial in spearheading various Information Security programs to protect Amartha from internal and external threats. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team focused on driving security and privacy by design within various aspects of product lifecycle and engineering processes.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in cloud security and DevSecOps. You'll be responsible for identifying and managing security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats across cloud-based infrastructure, performing threat intelligence activities, and implementing security solutions. The role combines technical expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), scripting (Python, Bash), and various security tools with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.

Key technical requirements include proficiency in DevSecOps toolkits (Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Git), penetration testing tools (BurpSuite, Nessus, Metasploit), and experience with ELK Stack.
