ADC Engineer, AWS DBS ADC Analytics

The Analytics ADC team at AWS is leading the delivery of Analytics cloud services to customers in isolated, air-gapped cloud environments. The role focuses on expanding Analytics services across air-gapped cloud regions, driving automation investments, and delivering open-source solutions. The team works with AWS offerings like Athena, LakeFormation, Redshift, OpenSearch, Glue, QuickSight and Agentic IA services.

As an ADC Engineer II, you will:

• Build solutions and work closely with Amazon's largest government customers
• Drive resolution of technical issues and improve customer experience
• Expand services into ADC regions
• Improve operations for resiliency and customer experience
• Influence technical strategy and architectural decisions
• Make data-driven decisions
• Contribute to ticket resolution and infrastructure improvements
