Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an ADC Engineer I to join their specialized team working with the U.S. Intelligence Community. This role focuses on implementing and operating some of the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure while supporting U.S. Government agencies. The position requires expertise in Linux systems administration, networking fundamentals, and technical troubleshooting.

As an ADC Engineer I, you'll be responsible for executing defined tasks, identifying ineffective processes, and ensuring high availability and performance of systems. You'll work with cutting-edge cloud computing technologies, investigate customer issues, analyze metrics, and develop automated solutions for operational tasks.

The role operates within a 24/7 environment, requiring flexibility for night and weekend shifts. A key requirement is maintaining an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Linux
  • High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+
  • 1-3 years of experience with Systems Administration in Linux/Unix
  • 1-3 years of experience with Networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • 1-3 years of experience with Troubleshooting / Support for technical IT issues
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
