Application Engineer, Zeus Team

Amazon's Retail Business Services (RBS) is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join their Zeus Team. This role combines software development and technical support to enhance Amazon's retail operations worldwide. The position focuses on three core areas: Selection (sourcing and enriching ASINs), Defect Elimination (resolving supply chain issues), and supporting operational processes for worldwide retail teams.

As an Application Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions. You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining applications that leverage Machine/Deep Learning to automate complex tasks. The role requires strong technical skills in Java and React JS, along with the ability to troubleshoot and debug systems effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of software development or technical support experience, with strong programming skills particularly in Java or Python. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where you'll need to balance routine maintenance with innovative problem-solving.
