Associate Data & ML Engineer, Professional Services - A2C, Professional Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data & ML Engineer to join their Professional Services team. This role combines technical expertise in AI/ML with customer-facing consulting responsibilities. You'll help customers leverage AWS's AI services and related technologies to transform their businesses through generative AI and machine learning solutions.

The position involves working with various enterprises to develop, tune, and utilize AI/ML and generative AI models on AWS cloud. You'll support customers from initial concept through implementation, including working with both AWS foundation models and third-party models. As part of AWS Professional Services, you'll provide paid consulting services that guide customers from AI planning through execution, focusing on delivering business value.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer business challenges, structuring problems into technical requirements, selecting appropriate AI services and models, and implementing comprehensive solutions. You'll work closely with AI/ML Consultants, Cloud Infrastructure Architects, and other specialists to design and deliver optimal architectures using AWS's AI/ML services.

The role requires deep technical knowledge combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll help customers set and achieve innovative goals, continuously learning and innovating in the fast-paced AI field.
