Amazon's Transportation team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer II to join their Analytics team, specifically the AOP (Analytics Operations and Programs) division. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive data-driven decision-making across multiple marketplaces including India, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

The position requires a professional who can handle complex data analysis, develop and maintain dashboards, and translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations. The role involves working with large-scale datasets and advanced technologies while contributing to the continuous improvement of Amazon's transportation network.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you'll be responsible for standardizing BI and analytics capabilities, reducing repetitive workload, and implementing programs to improve network efficiency. Requirements For Business Intel Engineer II, AOP

Python
  • 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python)
  • 4+ years of ecommerce, transportation, finance or related analytical field experience
