The role sits within a new centralized Business Intelligence team focused on building self-service analytical products for ASCS. You'll be responsible for developing scalable solutions, implementing KPIs into dashboards, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The work involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining ETL processes, creating data visualization dashboards, and performing root cause analysis. You'll work with complex datasets to drive data-informed decision making across the organization. The role requires expertise in SQL, data analysis tools, and statistical methods.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience analyzing data, strong programming skills in Python/Java, and expertise with business intelligence tools. You should be comfortable working with large-scale datasets and have excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
