In this role, you will:
- Provide data-driven, actionable insights to TA Leadership & Line Management
- Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition scorecards, dashboards, and reports
- Design, develop, and evaluate statistical models (Clustering, Classification, Regressions, Time Series, etc.)
- Establish scalable, efficient, and automated data processes
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for TA Special Projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer groups
- Develop User Stories and drive functional requirements gathering
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders to build analytical and reporting solutions
- Querying data using SQL for ad-hoc analyses
- Publishing high-quality dashboards and reports on tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel
- Executing cross-functional, high-impact projects to improve operational performance and candidate experience
- Performing business analyses using appropriate tools
- Clearly articulating analysis results to support decision-making processes
This is a contract role for 1 year, offering an opportunity to work on a ground-up rebuild of analytical capabilities in the Talent Acquisition space. The ideal candidate is an independent Business Intelligence practitioner who can handle various aspects of data analysis and stay current with the latest trends in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
