The role requires expertise in complex data analysis, including correlations, regressions, and simulations, to improve key customer experience metrics. You'll manage end-to-end programs, working with various stakeholders from software managers to retail business managers. The position involves significant responsibility for driving actual improvements in business performance and engaging with senior leadership on strategic planning.
As a BIE, you'll work with massive datasets, create automated solutions, and build monitoring dashboards. The role requires strong technical skills in data analysis tools, databases, and programming languages. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert in customer experience policies and mentor team members to enhance their analytical capabilities.
The team is positioned at the forefront of Customer Experience product leadership, tackling complex challenges while focusing on tangible business impact. You'll be part of building new analyses from the ground up, proposing innovative concepts and technologies, and transforming these ideas into robust, scalable products that deliver value to customers and Amazon's business in India.
