Business Intelligence Engineer, RBS : Cost to Serve

Amazon's RBS Cost to Serve team is seeking a passionate Business Intelligence Engineer to revolutionize data analytics for transportation operations. This role focuses on establishing and delivering robust reporting, analytics, and models for the Cost to Serve team. The position plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic Defect Elimination program by providing key analytics and insights.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL/DW/Python skills and excel at solving complex data challenges. Working from Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad, you'll report to a Senior Program Manager for Cost to Serve Analytics & Insights, collaborating with a larger project team including Finance.

The RBS Cost to Serve team's mission is to identify and eliminate waste, negative experiences, and non-value activities across the supply chain. The primary goal is reducing Cost To Serve for Amazon and enabling "Free Cash Flow" by optimizing cost per shipped unit economics through Defect Elimination.

This role offers the opportunity to work with massive datasets, create next-generation tools for intuitive data access, and make a significant impact on Amazon's supply chain efficiency.
