Description For Cloud Support Engineer - Infrastructure as Code

AWS is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their Infrastructure as Code team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of cloud technology, helping customers succeed by leveraging various AWS services. You'll focus on Infrastructure Automation/Governance and Configuration Management, working with tools like AWS CloudFormation, CDK, Control Tower, and Service Catalog.

As part of AWS Support Engineering, you'll interact with a global customer base through multiple channels, providing technical support and solutions for complex problems.   • Solve customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, and web/live chat)
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on service improvements
  • Work on critical, complex customer problems across multiple AWS services
  • Continuously learn new technologies and develop technical skills
  • Act as interviewer in hiring processes and mentor new team members
  • Work 5 days a week on a rotational basis (including weekends)
