Data Center IT Support Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain high system reliability by resolving trouble tickets efficiently
• Share knowledge and follow best practices in Data Center Operations
• Participate in and deliver high impact projects
• Contribute to operational efficiency

Additional requirements:

• May involve physical tasks like bending, lifting, and climbing ladders
• 24/7 shift coverage with 12-hour rotating shifts
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
