As a Data Engineer on the Data and AI team at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in implementing robust data pipelines and infrastructure that power our organization's data-driven decisions and AI capabilities. The Data and AI team is a new function within Customer Engagement Technology, owning the end-to-end process of defining, building, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive data strategy. The team develops and applies Generative AI, Machine Learning, Ontology, and Natural Language Processing to enhance customer and associate experiences.
